Hasheel has been training in East Indian Classical Vocal since the age of 5. In 2001, Hasheel also started playing the Bansuri (Indian flute) and is currently a senior student of the legendary Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia. He is also under the tutelage of renowned singer Pandit Ajay Pohankar.
